We are all tapped in and waiting!!
We picked up a little bit of sap on last Thursdays big warmup! Not enough to fire up the evaporator yet, but its a start! Conditions are looking pretty decent for tomorrow through Monday for another run. If all goes well, we may have enough to start the evaporator up tomorrow night to concentrate what sap we will have. Currently, we have 318 taps out between our 2 sugarbushes. Neither of them have fully let go yet! Can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can start making

Shurflo

The Pans
Check out these pans! The quality of Smoky Lake Maple Product's equipment is unmatched in the industry! Not a single detail is missed. Everything that a sugar maker could think of to be more efficient in every aspect of boiling is found on this pan set. I want to thank Jim and Angela from Smoky Lake Maple for working with me to make sure this pan would suit our operation for years to come! Check out their work here!

New Pans are in!
We recently recieved our new pans from Smoky Lake Maple Products! We were able to get everything installed and fired up over the weekend. Our air over and under fire system needs a few small tweaks and it should work perfectly. It was noticable that there was no smoke coming out of the stack along with a low stack temperature. Tanks are clean, lines are up, season is just around the corner!! Stay tuned for more updates!
