New Pans are in!

We recently recieved our new pans from Smoky Lake Maple Products! We were able to get everything installed and fired up over the weekend. Our air over and under fire system needs a few small tweaks and it should work perfectly. It was noticable that there was no smoke coming out of the stack along with a low stack temperature.

Tanks are clean, lines are up, season is just around the corner!! Stay tuned for more updates!
