We are all tapped in and waiting!!

We picked up a little bit of sap on last Thursdays big warmup! Not enough to fire up the evaporator yet, but its a start! Conditions are looking pretty decent for tomorrow through Monday for another run. If all goes well, we may have enough to start the evaporator up tomorrow night to concentrate what sap we will have. Currently, we have 318 taps out between our 2 sugarbushes. Neither of them have fully let go yet! Can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can start making some of that liquid gold!
