We made a little bit of Amber syrup the other night! Not much from the early season run, but it was an awesome start. The new pan system is dialed in, vaccum in the woods is up to 21", can't complain! Season is just starting up so there will be a lot more syrup to come! We will be boiling tomorrow from 11-4, then collecting sap, then starting the fire back up again around 6! Don't hesitate to come visit!
Also, we plan on having some maple inspired snacks and refreshments at the sugarhouse on Saturday and Sunday March 19th and 20th, from 11-4 for Maple Weekend. We will also have a syrup raffle, anyone who visits can put their name in for free!
